She believes in empowering individuals to invest in their futures through real estate, whether as first-time homeowners or seasoned investors. To better serve her clients, she has earned her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations, equipping her with advanced knowledge and skills. Zondra goes above and beyond to market her listings, investing in professional photography, staging, and targeted promotions to ensure maximum exposure.

In addition to her work at Keller Williams, Zondra is active within the Shreveport-Bossier real estate community. She is the 2024 President-Elect for the Young Professional Network (YPN) of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Shreveport-Bossier and serves as Events Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). She has also contributed her talents as Community Service Project Chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors.

Outside of real estate, Zondra is a dedicated member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Delta Lambda Omega Chapter, where she serves on the executive board. When she’s not working, Zondra enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends, as well as home decorating, traveling, shopping, and reading.

For Zondra, real estate is not just about transactions—it’s about delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. This work is her ministry, and she finds joy and fulfillment in every aspect of being a real estate agent.
